Millaroo is located in the Burdekin District, approximately one hour south of Townsville and approximately 40 minutes from Ayr. The Burdekin District is recognized as one of Australia’s main agricultural centers, having access to the vast water resourced of the Burdekin Dam and its underground water table.
The Burdekin District comprises of the townships of Home Hill, Ayr , Brandon and Giru – other farming communities include Clare, Millaroo, Dalbeg and Gumlu

A small area of the property is used for cattle. The area is fully fenced and up to 50 head of cattle have been run. A set of cattle yards are included.
Owners will remove all vineyard infrastructure and maintain ownership of posts, trellis & dripper if prospective purchasers do not wish to grow grapes, subject to sale price
