Two new fence lines have been cleared with one running north to south from the Coleman River to the Crosbie boundary approx 16 klm and the second from the Lukin River crossing on the Pormpuraaw road north to the Astrea boundary approx 10 klm.

Carrying Capacity
Strathaven is estimated to have a carrying capacity of 1 beast to 20 hectares or approximately 3,250 head of mixed cattle principally breeders and replacement heifers.

Comments
Strathaven presents an opportunity to purchase a large Cape York Breeding property. It is being sold bare of livestock, plant & equipment.
With a sound management plan and further development, Strathaven has the potential to greatly increase its present carrying capacity.
Inspections are strongly recommended.
